You will assist the Risk and Best Practice team in the provision of professional, efficient, and high quality first-tier assistance with risk and compliance queries to the firm and external parties. Duties will include:

You will have a mixed role across with significant involvement with audit, but also across year end accounts/tax etc, managing the delivery services to a wide range of the firms clients joining as a key addition.

You will be responsible for managing teams and individuals to deliver this work, along with providing coaching and support to junior staff.

You will manage all pre-departure arrangements, act as the main day-to-day contact for group organisers, and ensure bookings, finances and documentation are handled accurately and on time. Working closely with the Head of Private Groups and the Operations team, you will own the journey from confirmation to departure, ensuring nothing is missed.
