You will assist a team of Account Executives to deliver a high quality service to existing commercial clients.
You will be required to deal with and process renewals, mid term adjustments and client queries in relation to the account.
You will be assisting with corporate clients paying £10, - £25, in income on average across a range of commercial classes.
You will be focusing on both new business acquisition and client retention and will actively seek out and identify fresh opportunities.
You should possess strong knowledge of insurance products, markets and underwriting processes.
You must also have experience in managing client portfolios and be proficient in using insurance platforms and client management systems.
You will manage all pre-departure arrangements, act as the main day-to-day contact for group organisers, and ensure bookings, finances and documentation are handled accurately and on time. Working closely with the Head of Private Groups and the Operations team, you will own the journey from confirmation to departure, ensuring nothing is missed.
