You will be competent with pneumatic hand tooling, using a tape measure and all manual handling
You will be comfortable working as part of a larger team and will always be willing to support others where required
You will have excellent attention to detail, ensuring that all panels are produced to the quality required to be delivered to our sites to be erected
You will possess proven experience as a vehicle technician with substantial knowledge of automotive mechanical systems and electrical components and be proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment for both mechanical and electrical issues.
You will cover skills such as data mining, manipulating data, visualising data, and reporting on data. Study time for the qualification is approximately 30 hours and qualification is achieved by completing a 1-hour multiple choice exam.
You will be provided with access to a tutor and a 1-hour online revision workshop prior to sitting your exam.
You will be joining an outstanding set-up within a well-known Community Rehabilitation Team in Coalville. Please note that due to the community nature of the role, you will be required to be a car driver and owner. The hourly pay rate for this role is £22.00 - £26.00 P/H. To be successful in this role, you need to meet the below requirements:
You will provide continuous 1:1 nursing care, medication management, monitoring of chronic conditions and coordination with local doctors and clinics.
You will be responsible for managing a team of 5 support workers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality housing management and support services for customers with complex needs (including mental health, substance misuse, and learning disabilities).
You will review and distribute production schedules and check with department managers/supervisors to gauge progress, inventory levels and production issues. In addition, you must examine materials for compliance and document any exceptions.
