You will play a key role in ensuring that project information, documentation, and reporting processes are maintained to a high standard, supporting the delivery of successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities - Produce and distribute weekly and monthly reports (e.g., Readiness Reviews, Site Starts, Variance Reports).
You will partner with operational managers and site teams to offer sound advice on a range of HR matters, from employee relations, performance management and engagement. The role involves regular travel to sites and regional offices to ensure effective face-to-face support and to build strong, trusted relationships across the business.
