You will hold a Master's degree in a relevant subject area (PhD desirable).

You will have experience of using Microsoft Office packages, in particular Word, Excel, and Outlook, teamed with excellent customer service and effective communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience of using Microsoft Teams will also be an advantage.
