You will help them understand their own emotional needs, and ensure they feel safe and supported in school.
You will help manage any challenging behaviour that arises as a result of the student's needs, as well as providing pastoral support to students. Most importantly, you will set an example for all pupils and act as a positive role model.
You will need to have a minimum of three months recent UK experience working within a healthcare environment in a similar capacity.
