You will hold a Master's degree in relevant subject area (PhD desirable)
You will have previous UK HE lecturing experience in the wider subject area
You will have a successful track record of teaching adult learners from diverse backgrounds on HE programmes
You will have proven experience of providing individual and group study skills support in response to identified learning needs
You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver targeted interventions, adapt learning activities, and monitor pupil progress. This role requires someone who is proactive, patient, and engaging, with the ability to challenge pupils positively and support them to make progress.
