You must be able to work remotely and from sites within Thurrock as necessary to support the service.

You will have opportunities to develop established services in any area of subspecialist interest you may have, including Frailty at the Front Door, Acute Inpatient Care, Orthogeriatrics and Surgical Liaison, Movement Disorders, Community Hospital Rehabilitation, alternative to admission, Stroke Medicine and Community Care models.
You will have a secure understanding of special dietary and nutritional requirements, and be able to implement methods to ensure these needs are met.
You will also have your Intermediate/Advanced Food Hygiene certificate, and a full understanding of H.
You will be responsible for ensuring this is adhered to, and all relevant documentation is completed.
You must have full GMC registration and be on the Specialist Register, with an appropriate CCT or equivalent or be within six months of obtaining your CCT on the date of the AAC.
