You will be responsible for the design, installation and support of the critical systems and infrastructure, including local hardware and cloud services.
You will support the planning and implementation of new infrastructure systems alongside the wider IT team whilst also resolving software configuration, compatibility, and interaction issues as well as server and Network communication problems.
You will also work closely with internal and external teams, including 3rd party suppliers, to ensure timely and effective issue resolution. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support for incidents and service requests, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Log, track, and categorise incidents accurately in the call logging system.
You will be responsible for identifying improvement areas in processes, whether through Automation or Process driven.
You will ensure that Security Incidents are promptly identified, contained and eradicated, working closely with IT, our security partners and the wider business to do so.
You will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing solutions using the MS Integration Services & MS Power Platform suite including but not limited to Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, APIM, Functions & Function Apps, SQL Server, Azure SQL, Dataverse, D365 modules, 3rd-party APIs, Azure Synapse, Fabric and Key Vault.
