You will act as a technical authority for core business applications, particularly ERP systems and Microsoft 365, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver secure, resilient, and business-focused solutions.

You will regularly present technical solutions, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders, translating complex technical detail into clear business outcomes.

You will work Tuesday to Saturday, 09:00 19:00, however flexibility will be essential at peak times, this is logistics after all! Pay, benefits and more: Youll be paid a salary of up to £34,000 per annum.

You will be comfortable taking responsibility demonstrating commitment and leading by example We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.

You will be the local and friendly face of IT, providing essential on-site support to our end-users, ensuring smooth and efficient technology operations. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent problem-solving skills, a passion for customer service, and a willingness to contribute to a collaborative and positive work environment.

You will also manage the technical service escalation queries and processes via online and system portals

You will become a vital member of the technical service team to ensure that technical customer service care is high quality for all local business partners and end customers
