You must be over 18 years old and have the right to work in the UK. Minimum of 2 years experience in supporting individuals with complex needs and challenging behavours, supporting vulnerable individuals with learning disabilities, autism and personality disorders. PVMA or CPI training would be advantageous, but this can be provided.
You will also be paid for an additional 44.5 hours per year, which enables you to attend team meetings and training and development outside of your normal working hours. Your actual salary will be £24,298.82 per annum, and this is paid in 12 equal instalments over the year.
